First meeting of Governance Group and Approval of Implementation Plan

Today we had the first meeting of the project's Governance Group, where the Implementation Plan was unanimously approved. Thanks very much to the group for their participation, thoughtful comments and discussion throughout the meeting.

With that excellent news, we will be powering ahead next week starting to:

• analyse and prioritise the requirements we have already gathered, 
• identify core functionalities the development team will start working towards establishing, and 
• plan our 5 remaining requirements workshops that will be held around the country between April-July 2018.
