Sprint 1 down, 11 to go

Sprint 1 ended yesterday where we had a sprint review and sprint retrospective where we reflected on the groundwork that's been undertaken in getting both the BPA Data Portal and Galaxy Australia ready for this project.

Today we had the planning meeting for Sprint 2 where we agreed on the approach we will use for user identification and authentication between the two systems, and an agreement that by the end of Sprint 2 we will have implemented a basic system where a user who is registered on the BPA Data Portal can search for a metagenomics data set in the BPA Data Portal, and then send this to Galaxy-Australia, invoke a tool (yet to be decided) and produce a basic output.
