We've had a busy few months with usability testing sessions in Brisbane, Melbourne and Hobart. A huge thank you to all those who volunteered their time to attend and provide us with invaluable feedback on how to make the system more usable. We have been making lots of changes based on this feedback which will make the system easier to use.
We have also been putting the final touches to the tools that will enable ordination plotting, and the generation of interactive Krona graphs to explore the relative taxonomic diversity in any dataset selected.

Just a few weeks to go now, where we will be rolling the tools and processes onto the production systems, and also implementing support for sequence similarity search...
